procedures
Step 1- Quotation
Step 2 - Purchase Order received
Step 3 - Leaflet collection & 50% down payment
Step 4 - Distribution arrangement
Step 5 - Notification when starting distribution
Step 6 - Verification on the spot through sms or MMS or 3G video conference
Step 7 - Follow up status after 4 hours distribution
Step 8 -Job done and request full payment
Terms & Condition
Distribution Date : Subject to change (+/- 3 days) may due to unforeseen circumstances, flyers not ready or weather not permitting.
Collection Date : 5 days before distribution date
Order Confirmation : Special Arrangement ~ One (7 days) to Two weeks (14 days) in advanced.
Payment :
( I ) Full payment for invoice amount less than RM600.00 (COD)
( II ) > RM600: 50% down-payment upon collection of flyers & 50% post dated Cheque base upon last distribution date
( III) Full payment amount for Newspaper insertion during leaflet collection
(IV) Full payment amount for printing flyers upon delivery (COD)
Checking : You are advised to check within 24 hours on the distribution date to avoid any dispute. (We shall NOT entertain and NOT liable for any complain after the above warranty period.)
Any complain shall be informed to us within 24 hours after our distribution.
